30-day return window. Return must be shipped within 7 days after the RMA is issued.
For arriving dead products, please report the defective within 14 days after delivery.
Full refund for unopened product returns or the same condition as it is delivered to customers within 30 days.
All returned products must be originally from our store; otherwise, the return will be rejected if the Serial Number doesn't match our record.
The manufacturer's box must be protected by using an external box.
Do not apply the shipping label to the Manufacturer's box directly, otherwise, a restocking fee may result.
All parts and accessories must be returned in one box, which includes manuals, chargers, power cords, docks, or any other accessories that come with the original packing.
A 20% restocking fee applies for all opened products, up to a 50% restocking fee if there are missing parts/original boxes or physical damages
Refund will be processed within 1-4 days depending on how soon we can finish the return inspection.
